Irv oversees all sales of the Agronomy Division and manages the seed department. He has an agronomy degree from South Dakota State University - Brookings and brings over 19 years of experience to the job. Irv takes a special interest in high-yielding corn and enjoys seeing farmers succeed. He earned his CCA certification in 1994.

Al oversees the marketing for products and services within the Agronomy Division. From the main Owatonna office, he manages the crop protection area of the business. He has over 21 years of experience and enjoys creating value for growers through business planning and relationship building.
Brian Weller

Brian works with suppliers and agronomists on marketing and supply issues, and directly with customers to help them find the best and most profitable solutions for their operations. He holds a degree in agronomy/agricultural education from the University of Minnesota and over 25 years of experience. He enjoys working with the young agronomists and appreciates their enthusiasm and willingness to accept new technology. Brian earned his CCA certification in 1996.
