Central Valley Cooperative’s Agronomy Division has an immediate opening for a full-time Plant Operations Manager at Blooming Prairie. The right candidate will provide technical and operationally related support to the location manager, applicators, agronomists and customers, must be a willing team participant and have a desire to learn and improve processes. Desired qualifications include graduation from an accredited agronomy related or business administration program, skilled in operation of equipment, good math skills, ability to communicate effectively and maintain effective relationships. Previous leadership experience helpful. CDL with tanker/hazmat endorsements and DOT medical certification required. Ability to lift & carry 20 pounds and greater on a consistent basis.
